In the UK there are no recognised qualifications in Ukrainian, however it is possible to structure a course around the GCSE in Russian as provided by the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance (AQA) and Edexcel

AQA was created in April 2000 by the merger of the Associated Examining Board and the Northern Examinations and Assessment Board, and is the largest of the 3 unitary awarding bodies. Edexcel was formed in 1996 by the merger of BTEC, the leading provider of vocational qualifications, and The University of London Examinations and Assessment Council (ULEAC)
